"much higher level than others" Usually, when I mention China, Chinese X users always appear from no where, but unlike what Fay claimed in the comments, Korean weapons are not cheap, but G2G, manufacturing capabilities, and include local services in the form of package deals was the key to victory. Most of the weapons systems that China has successfully exported and is supplying are politically unstable and are not economically or technologically advanced.
Even if the customer is pro-China or China sets the product price low, it continues to be disadvantaged in European, Israeli, Korean, American, and Turkish products in open or closed bidding.
Recently, China lost to Korea in the tactical ballistic missile and APC competition in closed bidding of some Middle Eastern countries.
China has decent potential, but China itself is a wall.
And in these technological, IP, manufacturing, and service fields, the United States is an absolute powerhouse.
Although choice is up to the user.

"much higher level than others"... Among the successful exports that China has made, are there any that are better than those from the US, Europe, and Korea? Yes, there are. But they are very rare cases.

But don't get me wrong, China has been selling weapons quite well since the Cold War.
