They actually repurchased XXX M shares in Q1’25 (see the Q1 10-Q under “Treasury Stock”), retiring every one of them...so it’s net buybacks, not dilution. Yes, they sold ~45 M in May ’24, but since then buybacks have outpaced any issuance, trimming the float by over X M shares this year.
