$VELO update

I charted this months ago in May, haven't touched or moved any targets (see receipts)

We broke the XXX EMA convincingly and with volume,

Now moving to value area high.

Next level to break is 0.01999, if broken will mark a change in market structure

Liquidity backdrop is the wind to our sails aswell. 

Bullish.
