Between June XX and July 16, users were unable to merge their KUJI or rKUJI into RUJI, causing them to be penalized by a factor outside their control.

Users who merge their tokens between July XX and 11:00 PM UTC on July XX will be compensated for this decay through an airdrop, which will be distributed after July XX.
