$ASTS is undervalued even for the bottom of the barrel.
If ARPU is $X with the same miserly low XX% penetration ( $ATT Stankey forecasted 30-40%), the SP goes up to $300,
Same goes if ARPU is $XXXX but penetration is 20%.
