He says he had a source who works there who shared with him info about which McAlberts and other CW witnesses had arrived at the courthouse day to day, presumably to testify before the federal grand jury that was looking into public corruption in the prosecution of Karen Read. But, TB says today, he had no way of knowing what the witnesses might have testified to, saying, “I know that they were there, I just don't know what they testified to.” Which is interesting because in September 2023, TB wrote a blog in which he revealed to us that not only did he know that Steve Scanlon had been subpoenaed to testify to the Fed grand jury, but also he knew what Scanlon testified to when he was “inside the courtroom.” Saying today that he had no source or information about what witnesses testified to at the FGJ is in direct contradiction to what he said in September 2023. Was he being honest then, or is he being honest today?
