these are powerful words i'm still learning from and reflecting on daily

imo, it really starts from raising the first $, giving out the first point, the first nft, the first community round, the first airdrop - all the way to all the unallocated tokens post-tge

in a hyper-financialized space, there's so much at stake in getting this right

strive to play an increasing role in moving the space toward smarter incentive structures - more data-driven, more aligned
