I have some quiet time to myself each day where I go outside, look up at the white puffy clouds, enjoy the sounds of nature & I just talk to God.

I thank Him for my blessings. Tell Him how grateful I am, tell Him how much I love him & thank Him for loving me.

It’s a very peaceful time to reflect & give thanks 🥹

I always feel refreshed & encouraged for the day 🙌🏽
