I am wondering why @ikadotxyz team didn't tell people before the start of NFT upgrading that KYC will applied + a lot of countries will be thrown away

Russia and Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Iraq, Syria, Myanmar, Yemen, Libya, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Sudan and South Sudan, Somalia, Mali, Venezuela, Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine ("Sanctioned Jurisdictions") or a jurisdiction otherwise considered high risk with respect to the Airdrop or otherwise, including but not limited to: United States, China, Canada, South Korea and United Kingdom (together with Sanctioned Jurisdictions, the "Prohibited Jurisdictions")
