They then turn around and purchase XXXXXXXXXXXX SOL at $XXX which at a 3x premium arb adds $XXXXXXXXXXXXX to the market cap. New market cap = $XXXXXXXXXXXXX Total new shares = XXXXXXXXXX -------------------- New price = $XX This would be with them only raising ~10% of the cash they have access to. The team has a lot of flexibility here and the path back to $40-$50 with accretive dilution is there, it's just about execution at this point. Some caveats with this quick mockup: I intentionally drew up the example using $50/share because that's what you asked for, but as mentioned, and shown, $40–$50 and even $XX are conservatively attainable by EOY, given strong team execution. Also, ofc, the ELOC partner gets a slight discount on the offering and initial dilution can impact sentiment in the short term.
