The White House is investigating Biden’s use of the autopen, with senior administration officials stating that they are already reviewing tens of thousands of documents turned over by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). They expect to review upward of one million documents.

An autopen was used to sign numerous documents and final pardons, including preemptive ones for members of Biden’s family, Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, and the convicted felons of the January X committee. The only pardon he signed BY HAND was for his son, Hunter.
