Question - Do "triple net landlords" exist to provide their largest tenants with rolling "short-term liquidity?"

Question - If MPT had not provided such liquidity, was there an alternative capital source on similar terms? Was there another capital source at all?

Question - Would Steward have "paid," and MPT recorded as "earnings," all of that rent? 

Passive landlord? Or equity sponsor to an insolvent control investment? $MPW
