🔄 @Polkadot: The Comeback Story

What went wrong (2021–2023):
- Parachain auctions = expensive & slow
- Rust-only dev = high barrier
- Poor UX & fragmented tools
- No breakout apps, lost narrative

What’s fixed now:
- Agile Coretime (no more auctions)
- Polkadot SDK, ink!, Solidity support
- DOT as gas, universal addresses
- Real usage: DePIN, AI, Identity
- 280M+ txs/month, 100K+ active users

Still improving:
- Dev onboarding is better, but not easy
- Needs consumer-facing apps
- Narrative still catching up
- Wallet UX still fragmented

What’s coming:
- JAM = real-time dApps & AI agents
- Identity layer = human verification without KYC
- Asset Hub = native, cross-chain token infra
- AI Verifiability = anchored truth for LLMs

Polkadot isn’t dead. 
It’s evolving into Web3’s coordination layer quietly, but powerfully.
