What if a real estate developer, who really knew his industry, really also loved crypto, and happened to catch the vision of Richard Heart and the $Hex $PLS $PLSX ecosystem when RH was talking about it back in 2021?

What if, since then, that real estate developer got himself into 21-24MM of RE deals, in 2025 valuations, with ownership somewhere around XX% of those deals?
