Crypto trading infrastructure provider Talos has acquired on-chain data firm Coin Metrics for over $XXX million, aiming to build a one-stop institutional platform for digital asset trading and portfolio management. Talos previously raised $40M led by a16z in 2021 and $105M in 2022 at a $1.25B valuation, with backers including PayPal, Fidelity, BNY Mellon, and Citi.
