Entropy continues its expansion within the Arbitrum ecosystem @arbitrum @arbitrumdao_gov 

First, they consolidated several independent programs — TMC, GMC, and STEP — into a single entity: ATMC, which is now operated under Entropy’s leadership.

Now, they’re proposing to transfer all remaining funds from these discontinued programs directly into ATMC, along with the entire 2025 Events Budget.

🟢On one hand, ATMC is expected to generate yield for the DAO.
But on the other hand, there are serious concerns:
🟡Entropy’s operating costs are so high that even an optimistic $1M/year return from ATMC wouldn’t offset their own salaries, which exceed $5M annually (with bonus)
🟡The proposal contradicts previous DAO-approved decisions, which stated that unused funds should be returned to the treasury
🟡It further centralizes control over DAO initiatives. In practice, most major efforts are now under the authority of the Arbitrum Foundation and Entropy
