The country of the Netherlands includes Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba. They're special municipalities, not  countries. 

When it comes to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, you would be talking about the countries of the Netherlands, Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten. That's due to Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten being countries.
