actually I realized that my answer is just on the part of "using SPX as collateral" but actually there is an other important thing, that is providing SPX as liquidity, just like it would be to deposit USDC or ETH on AAVE.

I would say that, with XX% of one's portolio can be a good idea, as long as the code they use is audited (remember that audit just decrease the chance to go rekt)
