Tracking on-chain activities on @Polkadot is not for the faint-hearted.

I once followed a @hydration_net whale holding over XXXXXXXXXX HDX to see what their DeFi game was, so I can copy. 

But the moment he moved it to another parachain, Interlay. 
It mixed up with other transactions there and became difficult to trace.

Today, I followed a smart dude making about $XXX weekly from tBTC and liquidity pools on Hydration, but when he moved his $DOT from the Polkadot relay chain to Hydration, he disappeared.

Tokens also moved from Moonbeam Network to @peaq. 
How can you track and see that transaction on Peaq?

I developed a means, which is quite difficult, but gets the job done.
