Underperforming, treading water, but still strong deposit presence in the one part of New England $MTB still has no presence. Fee business integrates well with Wilmington. CRE-heavy, but still a decent C&I business. Ned Three Sticks is XX and not the kind of guy that wants to work until he's XX. He has hobbies. And money, I assume (Goodyear). $WASH did a balance sheet restructuring trade, so marks aren't a deal breaker and WASH would be a small acquisition for $MTB.
