ArDrive is an app for uploading and managing Arweave data.

We hear the "I would like to host the data myself" request (which I think you are asking) pretty often.

On the Arweave "miner" side, @CommunityLabs is working on a solution to make it MUCH easier to do.

Another option would be to run your own Arweave "gateway" via @ar_io_network which you can think of like a cache/hot storage.
