7/ So which is it?

✅ Circle claims freezes only happen in response to legal orders.

❌ But their own policy allows discretionary action with no legal process required.

▫️ There’s no requirement for a court order.

▫️ There’s no clear definition of what constitutes a "threat" to network integrity.

▫️ They leave the door wide open to subjective, internal decision-making.

That’s a clear contradiction. One statement to customers, another in the fine print.
