If we accept this slogan, it means they are saying that it is possible to TAKE CARE of all X Million People, that are “too few”. There are ONLY less than XXX XXX People on Government Payroll. If X Million people are FEW, how about XXX XXX government employees? Why is the Employment Conditions of FEW XXX XXX government employees still Poor? Why can’t Government IMPROVE the Conditions of these FEW to Government Employees? From Salaries, Professional Development, Incentives and Opportunities? No matter what we do, low level government employees such as Cleaners and Clerks will still struggle with housing. In Botswana 🇧🇼, they have a SPECIAL HOUSING SCHEME, for these lower level employees. We have NOTHING similar. They are left on their own. We Perhaps need to find a day where everyone stays home, “sick”, so that only Ministers and Executive Directors show at work. Even those at STATE HOUSE. We have CAPACITY to organize this. Back to the question, if X Million are too few, why not INCREASE SALARIES for only XXX XXX Government Employees and improve their Employment Conditions? We are TIRED OF SLOGANS!
