🇸🇾 U.S. TO ISRAEL: “PAUSE AND TAKE A BREATH” - TRUMP ADMIN URGES HALT TO SYRIA STRIKES

A senior U.S. says that the Trump administration has asked Israel to stop its military operations in Syria.

Washington is reportedly urging Jerusalem to open direct communication with the Ahmed al-Charaa government to deescalate the rapidly intensifying conflict.

The call for restraint comes amid ongoing Israeli strikes across Damascus and Sweida, and IDF troop movements near the Syrian border.
