It would be completely insane to build a real city like this. I tend to think of it as closer to a Disney World than an actual town.

It does challenge my views tho! I think a lot of places would benefit from actually good town planning. Especially with mixed-use stuff. The thing it makes me most sympathetic to is probably aesthetic requirements, which in the case of seaside aren’t that onerous.
