Buhari Legacy 08: Abuja-Keffi-Akwanga Expressway. 

The project spans approximately XXXXX km, connecting Abuja through Keffi, Akwanga, Lafia, and extending toward Makurdi and serving as a strategic corridor for central and northern Nigeria. 

The project is funded via a $XXXXX million concessional loan from China Exim Bank, covering XX% of the total $XXX million cost. A 25-year O&M concession was awarded to China Harbour Operations & Maintenance Co. in partnership with Catamaran Nigeria under the HDMI Phase X PPP framework. 

Rehabilitation and dualisation to a four-lane carriageway were completed by 2023 under Buhari’s administration. 

The Buhari administration completed most of the work on this very important national infrastructure and that’s another big Buhari Legacy Project.
