It helped him lose weight because Ozempic makes you nauseated by food. You just don't want to eat. It sucks the enjoyment out of it. So while Ozempic IS affective, it doesn't deal with the core issue of insulin. Once you come off of it (almost everyone quits it after a year), you go back to the same old habits of spiking insulin (which is REALLY bad for you) and inviting back all kinds of disease.
