I'm very curious about this because what has stood out to me since June 2024 is that the Board is choosing to not be invested in marketable securities that would bear interest and I've been stuck wondering why. their most recent quarterly financials show no investment in marketable securities at all, despite the cash pile being the largest it had ever been (until the newest Notes)! it makes me wonder if they have other plans for the cash that would necessitate access at any time, or who knows. unless you believe they are accruing this sum from <3 month cash equivalents.
