Algoma Steel CEO Mike Garcia - total yearly comp is $4.81M, (16.4% salary & XXXX% BONUSES) wants Carney to 'fund' Algoma to offset tariffs, which means corp welfare, all while laying off XXX employees.
He said they can't jeopardize the health their financial status.
