There is this service in the stepwise fee logic called "walk-em down arbitrage"

When the pool has significant liquidity in a depegged market- It opens up minimal arbitrage in steps to knock the entire market back into sense while collecting max fees.

Hyperswap selling sthype at a 50bps surplus? Pool charges 49bps. As surplus decreases, so do valantis fees.

Leaking 1bps max to any external arbers while re pegging the entire market. Soon, a version of STEX will entirely internalize this (just buy every other dexes depegged reserves at a surplus directly). But for now...
