There are different subnets that help with this in a decentralized, highly scalable model. 

Chutes (SN64) is serverless compute resources to run LLM/AI models at massive scale.

There are other subnets that are directly offering the server compute resources (server, GPU, CPU, etc) - Celium (SN51), Basilica (SN39), Targon (SN4), Neural Internet (SN27), Taoillium (SN109) - all offer their own flavor of this.
