On his Western North Thank You Tour, President John Mahama pledged urgent rehabilitation of key cocoa roads under his $10bn Big Push agenda.

"These roads move our economy—they're not a luxury, they're a necessity", he said, listing routes like Enchi-Elubo and Dadieso-Ankontombra for priority upgrades.
