Citi tweaks crude oil price projections. See Brent moving to low $60’s by autumn and possibly overshooting into the $50’s in 4Q. But bank no longer holds that sub-$60/bbl is sustainable, suggesting the drop will be a long-term buying opportunity for consumers, China and the SPR.
