Guys I am gonna be down for a bit this morning. I am sorry.

I ended up having to seebthe doc last night. Got a bit dehydrated and got some of my levels out of whack. Had to get many bags of fluids, X were a green color. Looked like pickle juice.

Sodium and potassium are the X that I can remember. I am ok, good to go. Just gotta stay out of the heat for a bit this morning.

I have voulenteers out working today and I just want to thank these folks. Some of the best men and women I know. They are true heros.

I'll be back for the afternoon shift. Just gotta make sure I am ok first.

Its been a long long XX or so days.
