I posted that TB had talked on his live show in July 2023 about wanting to get a source of info from inside the Fed grand jury. He said last night that, while he did want to get the info, he never did. This denial seems to directly contradict what he said on Episode XXX of his live show on Nov 4th, 2023, in which he claims to have “got the grand jury testimony” that placed Colin Albert in the house at XX Fairview Road on the night JOK was killed. At the 1:59:22 mark, TB says: “There was a point where I was a little bit skeptical about Colin [being] in the house, and I pushed [Leslie the German and KR] about it. I pushed them on it and I got evidence of Colin in the house. I got the grand jury testimony. I got the court doc from like September or whatever when Brian Albert is the one, that’s how Colin was put in the house. Brian Albert was who put him in the house. Brian Albert put him in the house. At the grand jury, he said [Colin] was there at the party at the same time as them. Boom. Done. Got Colin in the house.” It’s a very revealing episode of TB’s extended coverage of the KR case.
