Why is share price low today?

If I was an institutional investor that owned X million shares in SWC and I wanted X million of them (and was in discussion with Andrew about being in the next raise) here is what I might do...

I would sell 500k of my exisitng shares on the market in the run up to the next raise, knowing $SWC is out of cash and will be doing an ABB soon.

I would then buy back XXX million during the ABB at a fixed price which will then not move the market and will be lower cost base.

@asjwebley or @Croesus_BTC is this a problem? And do you have any mechanisms to stop it happening?
