First it’s wildfires in Palisades—no clear ignition source, no serious investigation.
Then it’s insurance companies pulling out.
Then comes the legislation: “Let’s buy it for affordable housing.”

But here’s the part that never makes headlines:
In 2019, the WEF Urban Resilience Report flagged LA’s coastal hills as “unsustainably gated” and “underutilized by population density models.”

Guess who helped draft that report?
The same consulting firms now advising LA’s post-fire redevelopment task force.
