📝 Estonian deeptech startup Jälle Technologies has raised €2 million in a Pre-Seed funding round to advance its innovative approach to recycling end-of-life lithium-ion batteries and converting waste graphite into high-value graphene-like materials. Founded by scientists from Estonia’s National Institute of Chemical Physics and Biophysics, the company aims to address Europe's critical raw materials challenge by enhancing battery recycling efficiency. The funding round includes competitive grants from Enterprise Estonia (EIS) and the Environmental Investment Centre (KIK), alongside early-stage equity investments from Kiilto Ventures and 2C Ventures, with participation from angel investors Andrus Purde and Priit Viru.
