Barbarian cosmos..stfu ...what use case for Cosmos?
Isn't it already there? 
Atom: U can stake it, buy inscriptions with it, liquid stake it, lend or borrow it, trade your future yield today or spend it other ways while the staked tokens repay the debt, you can vote with it..
