X. Former PTF Executive Chairman 
X. Former Head of State
X. Former GOC.

Is the person you have described as being a failure.

God, this is the type of failure many people wish for but is not granted.

Many that are saying this, a lot of people in your generation cannot lace his shoes.

He wasn't perfect and could have done many things better. But failure, he was not.
