I’m not sure what Elliott has in mind for Global Payments $GPN. As a shareholder, this is what I’d like to see:

Leadership change. The stock’s multiple tells me the market lacks confidence in current leadership. One option to consider: Charles Drucker, current CEO of Worldpay.
