L&T Technology Services announced a change in senior management. Mr. M. T. Lakshmanan will cease as Chief Human Resource Officer on July 31, 2025, and Mr. T. Shivram will assume the role from August 1, 2025. Shivram brings over XX years of HR experience, including roles at SAP Labs India and Hewlett-Packard. He joined L&T in Aug 2019 and has been leading as Head of HR for Buildings & Factories IC since Jan 2023. He holds a in Chemistry and a PGD PMIR from XLRI. 🤝
