Amazing Amazon finds! 

Eversince I visited Sri Lanka in March, I fell in love with their Kiri Pani (sweet yohurt)  I ate it every day and wanted it very badly in India. 

I dont like any yoghurt in India and most of them are expensive as well. In my pursuit to make my own yoghurt, I found this  yoghurt strainer (I honestly had no idead of its existence) 

I got it, bought an Amul curd,  shoved it inside this and also put some liquif jaggery and left it in the fridge for XX hours. 

What came out was nothing less than magical! None literally none of the brands have this good yogurt in India. 

Try this and thank me later.
