Ol Omar Fateh is homegrown though, born in DC & IMO he moved to Minneapolis because Ilhan Omar & the squad showed him that that behavior is acceptable there. 
He moved from DC, because even though that place is a cesspit of grift & corruption, even they draw the line there & he would not get the votes. 
Simple way to fix most of this BS is to stop Naturalized Citizens from serving in Congress. 
I am a Naturalized Citizen.
