Feeling liberated from high prices, $MTB repurchased 6MM shares in 2Q at $XXX average versus 3.4MM shares at $XXX average in 1Q.  ROA at XXXX and ROTCE at XXXXX versus XXXX and XXXX in 1Q.  NIM at XXXX% down 4bps, charge offs down X bps and ACL down 2bps even as NPAs increase from $1.57B to 1.6B, but total criticized C&I and CRE down almost $4B since 2Q24.  CRE loans still headed lower, down over $6B since 2Q24, as total loans remain flat-ish.
