I still think the best framework is risk-on szn vs "cycle"

Which means : 

- No 'cycle top' on BTC
- Few weeks of significant strength in the whole market
- Alts manage to outperform BTC during risk-on szn
- Get cautious once alts start doing crazy things
- Hedge by shorting alts when this happens
