BofA Downgrades $CNC to Underperform from Neutral, Lowers PT to $XX from $XX

Analyst comments: "We are downgrading Centene due to slowing end markets in Medicaid (54% of revenue) and ACA exchanges (23% of revenue) from the recently passed Reconciliation Bill and the increasingly higher likelihood that enhanced exchange subsidies expire at the end of 2025. As a result, we are lowering our 2026 and 2027 EPS estimates from $3.98/$6.04 to $3.75/$5.57, respectively, reducing our PO to $XX and moving to Underperform."
