ETH/BTC has broken out to the upside ,demonstrating ETH's superior strength at the moment. Capital inflow into DEFI on the ecosystem is surging,with Aave officially reaching an all-time high TVL of over $30B. 

All of this supports a strong altcoin market  rally.
