With no nearby clinics, long travel distances, high costs, and lack of medication are everyday struggles. Young women and women are forced to pay out-of-pocket for maternal care and often turn to unsafe street drugs due to inaccessible services. Her story calls for urgent investment in inclusive, affordable, and gender-responsive healthcare.
