FDV -Fully Diluted Valuation

This is what the Market Cap would be if all Possible tokens were in circulation

example 
If a token has 1M in circulation but plans 10M max.
Price is $X 
Market Cap = $1M
FDV = $10M

High FDV but low market cap = token might get inflationary later
